As a responsible takaful operator, we take this matter seriously and remain committed to act in the best interests of our customers. These interim measures aim to provide our customers the flexibility to better navigate and manage their financials while preserving their medical coverage.

 

We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed and will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Change of address/contact (Applicable only if person covered is not a certificate owner)

Important note:

We only accept form / letter submission via i-Get In Touch ("iGIT"). Certificate owner is advised to upload the form/letter in iGIT. Nevertheless, if certificate owner is unable to upload the letter in iGIT, certificate owner may get the servicing agent to upload the letter via i-Great Partner with valid reason indicated on the form/ letter.

Please advice your client to update the email address/contact number via i-Get In Touch (i-GIT).

Alternatively, certificate owners can update the email address by writing to us, or fill up Request for Alteration in Personal Details (PSF01A) form and submit through email or servicing agent.

Certificate owner can write in or fill up the Request for Alteration in Personal Details (PSF01A) form and submit it to Great Eastern Takaful through email or servicing agent, along with a certified true copy of your identification card.

Alternatively, certificate owner may also upload the form under CS Alteration Module in our customer portal, i-Get In Touch ("iGIT”). 

Consent from nominee/executor/assignee is NOT required.

Once we receive the request form/letter, the email address/contact no. will be updated within 3 working days.
